The Outcome
Appcino, a low-code arm of the Xebia group, approached us to design an event celebrating their 10th anniversary. They faced challenges in ensuring employee connection and coordination, timely delivery, brand representation, engaging and creative design concepts, and data integration for the event.
We designed a visually captivating event that included pre-invites, a formal invite video, elegant entry gates, banners, pillars, stage setups, and engaging videos. This effectively showcased Appcino’s journey, celebrating their 10-year milestone. The project was completed within the timeframe, aligning perfectly with the event date, and successfully highlighted Appcino’s growth and achievements.
